I have known Jamil Bazzy for 13+ years. He is one of the BEST people you would ever meet. He is very professional and reliable. His customers are his top priority and his attention to detail is TOP NOTCH! If you aren't happy, he isn't happy! Jamil was amazing. I had residuals cat urine smell from the tenant that lived there before. It was awful. I called them and explained the situation And he was very clear on what he could do about it which was a big relief. He came the 2 days later after the floors were removed and replaced to do his magic and it worked amazingly. He made the apartment look and smell like no one ever lived there before. I highly suggest Jamil.

We are extremely pleased with the performance of Bio-One. My mother-in-law's house was beyond filthy because of a severe roach infestation and other unsanitary problems. Bio-One did a phenomenal job in deep cleaning her house and eliminating the contamination which was layered on and was absolutely everywhere. I am very impressed with the professionals from Bio-One. Not only were they professional, timely and reliable but they went the extra mile! They showed sympathy for her situation and really worked with us on reducing the total cost. They gave us a dicounted price from the very beginning.
