First Time: Very professional. Next day service. Cleaned out filthy vacated apartment. Texted me photos of completed job. Second time: Again very professional. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage. Then they cleaned and disinfectd the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant. Bio-one honored their bid even after some unexpected extras.

Bio-One is an excellent company to work with. They are honest professionals who put the customer's needs first. They treat every client with care and compassion even in the most difficult circumstances. I highly recommend you call them before you call anyone else for any extreme cleaning need.

Hector went out of his way to accommodate our bust time schedule. He explained the process. The job was completed the next day. The finished work was better than new. In this difficult time for our family Hector and Bio-One were truly professional and showed empathy for our lost one.

Jamil was so wonderful. He came out and checked an area of our house that has a odor that might be animal pee. He said he could fog the area but first put some enzyme spray on the area and so far it had smelled great. We haven’t had to fog the area yet. He did this all for free. I would use him again in a minute. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I contaced BioOne after the death of a family member. The situation is always complicated and emotional. Jamil came out right after I called him and took care of the clean up right away. It was very much appreciated that it happened fast and in a caring manner.
